About the position
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a central role in building relationships with our clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple channels. You’ll manage day-to-day communication, coordinate campaigns, and provide strategic insights that move our clients’ businesses forward. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead conversations with confidence — both in person and online.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with creative and technical teams. You’ll work closely with clients in Los Angeles and beyond, conducting on-site meetings and remote sessions via Skype or other platforms, while always keeping a finger on the pulse of emerging trends in digital and social media.

Main responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent client service.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across email, social media, and other platforms.
- Coordinate internal teams, from creative to technical, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead client meetings, both in person and virtually, to present ideas and progress updates.
- Develop insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their marketing goals.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable suggestions.
- Support new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth initiative.
